Command Center
The private operations system Edge Investments is building to run its rental homes, The Royal on Main, and Suites on Main. Its Google app, Edge Command Center Mailboxes, connects our own business mailboxes: read-only for a mailbox test, and send-only for website form notifications to our business inbox.
Today, a connection test. Later, less inbox.
Edge Command Center Mailboxes is in an early, owner-operated stage. Anything marked "Planned" is not active yet, and we'll update our privacy policy and terms before it starts.
Now: checks the connection
When the owner starts a test, it confirms a business mailbox is connected and returns its email address, message and thread counts, and a history marker. It doesn't open messages or attachments.
Now: website form alerts
Emails our business inbox each time someone sends a form on our website, through a separate send-only connection that can't read mail.
Planned: inbox, schedule, numbers
Sort incoming mail, and keep cleanings, check-ins, and payroll tallies up to date. Not active, and it would need permissions the app doesn't have today.
Where Google data goes
Both connections run on n8n Cloud, a workflow service, which stores their credentials and a record of each run. The read-only test changes nothing in the mailbox. The send-only connection can't read mail. No data goes to AI models.
What it can see, and why
Edge Command Center Mailboxes only connects to mailboxes that Edge Investments and its properties own. It does not connect to the personal Google accounts of guests, residents, or anyone else. Each connection gets one permission.

We never sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Edge Investments' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Command Center privacy policy has the details.
