About the Command Center

The Command Center is a private operations system that Edge Investments LLC ("Edge Investments," "we," "us") is building to run our rental homes, The Royal on Main, and Suites on Main. Edge Command Center Mailboxes is the Google app that connects it to our business mailboxes. It is currently in an early, owner-operated stage: it runs a Gmail connection test with read-only access, and it sends website form notifications to our business inbox through a separate send-only connection, as described in the Command Center privacy policy. By connecting an account or using the Command Center, you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

Today the Command Center is used only by Edge Investments' owner. In the future, only Edge Investments owners, employees, and contractors we've approved may use it, and only with accounts we issue or approve. There is no public sign-up. We may add or remove access at any time.

Connecting a Google account

Connect only Google accounts that belong to Edge Investments or its properties. When you connect one, you authorize the Command Center to access that account as described in the Command Center privacy policy. You can revoke that access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Acceptable use

• Use the Command Center only for Edge Investments business.
• Keep your sign-in private and use two-step verification.
• Don't use it to send spam, harass anyone, or contact people who have asked us to stop.
• Don't try to get around its access limits or reach data you aren't permitted to see.
• Report mistakes, suspected misuse, or a lost device to an owner right away.

Planned features and AI

Apart from website form notifications to our own inbox, AI, automated reading or handling of mail, calendar updates, and spreadsheet updates are not active today. If we add them, we'll update these terms and the privacy policy first. Any draft the Command Center prepares in the future will need checking before it's used: names, dates, prices, and door codes can be wrong, and you'll be responsible for what you approve.

Confidential information

Guest, resident, applicant, and vendor information in the Command Center is confidential. Use it only to do your job, and don't copy it to personal accounts or devices.

Availability

We provide the Command Center as is and may change, pause, or retire any part of it. It relies on outside services, such as Google, that can have outages. Keep a manual way to handle urgent guest and resident needs.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Edge Investments is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Command Center, or for outages or errors in services we don't control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
