About these terms

This website is run by Edge Investments LLC ("Edge Investments," "we," "us") of Batesville, Arkansas. By using it or signing up for our text messages, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Listings

We keep listings current, but rent, availability, features, and photos can change without notice and may contain errors. A listing isn't an offer to rent. Every rental depends on an approved application and a signed lease.

Edge Investments is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. We rent in accordance with federal and state fair housing laws.

Inquiries and requests

• Sending an inquiry doesn't reserve a home or salon suite and doesn't create any agreement.
• Telling us about a property you might sell doesn't obligate you or us to anything.
• Maintenance requests through this site aren't for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911 or our maintenance line.

Text message terms

Program. Edge Investments text messages. When you check the text message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive texts from Edge Investments about that inquiry or request, such as replies to your questions, showing and walkthrough scheduling, and maintenance updates. Current residents who opt in may also get notices about their home.

How often. Message frequency varies with your inquiry or request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for our texts.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out. Reply START to opt back in.

Help. Reply HELP, email info@edgeinvestmentsllc.com, or call (501) 708-1374.

Not required. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of renting, leasing, buying, or selling with us.

Carriers. Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We don't sell or share your mobile information for marketing. See our privacy policy.

The Edge Investments name, logo, text, and illustrations on this site belong to Edge Investments. Don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Edge Investments isn't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its information, including listing details and event listings from outside calendars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
